I have been shopping at That Invitation Place for years now with pretty good results and experiences. However, recently I walked in to purchase samples for my baby shower and could'nt have been treated any ruder if they tried! I had a sales girl practically on top of me as I browsed their selection and then was told they only allow customers to purchase only 6 samples, no more no less, Now its not the rule, thats ok, it was the attitude and the way they said it. Every thing I said from that point was challenged by the very person taking my money! By the time I paid, I wasnt even speaking!!! They act as if they are doing you a favor just by letting you in their store! I have never been treated this way especially when spending money! They lost a potential customer and I will never recommend them to anyone. Whatever happened to the customer always being right? The owners and staff here have no idea or customer service skills as evidenced by their sarcasm, rudeness and nasty attitude. do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere! Save yourself the aggravation!
