I really liked the salesman who drove all the way to our home in N. Ky from Mason and helped me with selections, however, we were told 6 weeks for the blinds/shades to come in, which to me is a very long time, and now it is 8 weeks. I only know this because I called. The customer service person was none too friendly and was matter of fact about the delay. So had it not been for Salesman Dave, I would rate this company below average.
Pros: Salesman came to my house with samples - saved me time
Cons: Customer service is lacking
