What a nightmare! I made an appointment with a certain nail tech,Nancy. Its bad enough that she sent me over to another person during the last 10 minutes of my nails.(They choose thier favorite customers over others- even during the middle of my nail fill) When my nails were finished I was shocked- my solar nails were CURLED UNDER!! I told them to please fix it- they filed them lightly and said ""okay I done you owe $30.00"" When I looked for the manager he was napping in one of the pedicure chairs. By that time ( one and half hours later) I was too frustrated to argue so I paid and told them I will never come back again. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT SERVICE IN ANY WAY!! BEWARE OF THIS NIGHTMARE!!!
