I went here because I was dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of professionalism of cheaper Jewelers (i.e. Genesis). Barker Diamond and J. Yontef were considered the best two jewelers and I can see why. I chose to go with Barker simply because I had a hard time getting in touch with J. Yontef. I was pleased with the customer service and Randy, the owner, really listened to my description of what my girlfiend liked and stayed close to my price range. He was willing to work with me on the financing of the ring, and besides one small issue, I was overall very pleased. I would say save yourself the trouble and stick with Barker Diamond or check out J. Yontef. Don't waste your time or money at other Nashville places. My fiance says her ring is absolutely unique and perfect, exactly what she wanted. Barker is willing to meet you at a time that is convenient for you.
