The Wagon Wheel Bar & Grill is a great place to hang out and have a good drink. The bartenders are normally hot and pay attention to what you order and make you feel very welcome. The bar could use to updating but overall is a fun atmosphere. Some of the locals seem a bit crazy but the owner was awesome and talked to us for hours made us feel right at home. Me and my husband would go back there anytime we drive by Medical Lake!
