I went to Cancun Tan today and was refused to let tan! I pay a monthly membership fee, and they don't close today until 5, yet they gave me some bullsh!t about stopping tanning at 4:40. I couldn't have been there any later than 4:41, and they refused to let me tan! If that is their policy, they need to change their hours to reflect that. It's like a restaurant that closes at 10 telling you they don't serve food after 9:30! I promptly asked to cancel my membership, and after reading the fine print on the cancellation form found out that they will not cancel it for 30 days! This means I will be paying for another EXPENSIVE month and you can bet your @ss I won't be going back to that place. BTW-This is the Cancun Tan in Grand Prairie. I would have given zero stars, if I could!!
