I had heard bad things about Dr. Lori Lambert's office in Dr. Phillips but decided to give her a try anyway. That was a huge mistake. Her office staff was so rude and condesending that I felt like an inconvenience and an annoyance. I tried to change an appointment and was told that I should look for another Doctor instead and was hung-up on. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from any business, specially a Doctor's office. If you are looking to deal with mean, condesending people, try Dr. Lambert's office...they won't let you down.
