Went in after a show at Orchestra Hall, ordered a bottle of wine but we weren't told by the waiter that they close at 10:00. While drinking said wine, we were told to drink up as they were closed and wanted to leave; chugging the wine, we left along with several other patrons. Called the next day, asked for manager, was asked for my contact information as manager was out tending to some financial matter.\r

Sharky, the manager, called back quickly. Listened politely as I explained that when we asked for a bottle, we should have been informed that the place had closed, or was going to close very soon; he agreed, apologized and then asked for information about waiter, said he would talk to the guy. Offered to send me a gift certificate as a way of making up for it. All very polite and understanding...THAT is good customer service.
