I think the person giving Kid's Connection a bad review had a bad first impression. I have been using them for over 2 years and have amny friends that take their children there. They have been nothing but kind and accomadating. My child loves his ""school"" and learns so much. He started at age 12 weeks old and other than a few mishaps (which will be found at ANY daycare) I feel that we made the best choice for our child.\r
Occasionally they are short staffed in the office, but this is because they are NEVER short staffed in the classroom. That means a lot more to us than someone being their to take my check! Also, they will take the phones in to the classrooms if there is nobody in the office, I know this because I call on a regular basis to check in on my son (and used to call a lot more when I was a new mom!).\r
