I ordered two anniversary cakes for my parent's 50th and they looked nothing like I asked for, they were suppose to be simply stacked cakes with smooth icing with ribbon along the bottom edges. What I received were cakes on towers with ridged icing. They looked like something I could have done myself. They were also not refrigerated so the cake was so mushy that they feel apart when being cut, the icing was actually slipping off the cakes and had soaked through the ribbon. When I called to speak to the owner, she wouldn't take my call, I was told I had to speak with the person who took my order which was merely a teenager. Obviously this owner doesn't care about customer satifaction. My advice is do not use this establishment to prepare cakes for any special event you are planning as you may end up extremely disappointed as I was. They are definitely a donut shop, not a bakery.
