I have a rental property, and live out of state, so I had special needs. I needed a good name brand unit, (Goodman rated #3), Good warranty, Great Service. My experience with Corey Pace was exceptional, he did the job as described, offered a two year labor warranty, match my needs without trying to ""over exceed"" actual needs of a.c./furnace for home. I had called over nine different companies, and being a female, I spoken down to, yelled at, and one wanted me to pay up front. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially to any woman whom may need service on there HVAC, replacement of HVAC or duct work cleaning. He answers questions, listens and respects a person whom has done research on HVAC equipment. My brother paid him on his lunch time, since they would be done before he got off work, Mr. Pace and Mrs. Pace (his wife works with him) finished the job, cleaned up, and made sure units worked properly. I am extremely grateful to have found a reliable, honest company in the Littleton area, makes being a remote landlord less stressful.
