Then I went to Beauty by Design. Wow! J.R. Nickolai literally transformed my appearance, beginning with his impeccable eye for just the right hair style and color (my blonde hair actually looks natural again), and proceeding to a change in makeup and his own line of amazing anti-aging skin products. I look so much younger that people honestly don't believe my age. I had no trouble at all landing a new job. J.R. is an absolute professional who has never once disappointed me in 2 years. I can trust him to just ""do something new"" when I'm feeling like a change, and he keeps coming up with great new looks. And his customer service is so exceptional that I always feel like I'm his only client. There's never a rush, he's always willing to listen to what I'd like to try, and he advises me with competence and expertise that are obviously genuine. Yes, I pay a little more than I used to for my beauty needs, but the results that I get are priceless. I'm worth it, and so is he.
