Ok, I went to this place because I heard they really know how to set you up with a good pair of running shoes. Well I tried on a few pairs and finally decided on a pair the guy said were great, and I was happy. So I go for a jog and I get a huge blister on my foot. So I call fleet feet and they guy says, ""oh you don't need to break them in, they shouldn't give you blisters, bring them in and you can return them"". So I go back to the store and the absolutely rudest guy tells me I can't return them!!! I couldn't believe it! Also he was being very rude, he said ""you can get a store credit, or maybe go to another affiliated store, but there going to have the same thing we do!"" So I was getting upset and I was thinking, what should I do? and he says ""Ok? So do you want to take them home and think about it for awhile?!"" Can you believe this Weasel?! Well if you're employee hadn't sold me a really expensive pair of shoes that were not for me!! Apparently these guys really DON'T know what they're talking about!! And to TOP IT OFF THEY ARE RUDE!!!
Pros: They have lots of shoes, but don't expect to be able to return anything!
Cons: Rude salesperson, don't really know anything about shoes.
