First off, I was never even measured.Then, this woman kept bringing back bras way too big in the band size; I should not be able to fit a hand in it-it should be snug.My opinions were also ignored.I told the woman that several of the bras she brought me back were too loose.She goes and claims that they are tight and I shouldn't have anything tighter, even though I could move around way too much in it.
Pros: Larger selection than department stores.
Cons: Horrible service!
