The idea behind the business is a great one. Too bad they don't have a more personable staff running it. I left a message about a potential adoptive cat. The lady who returned my call was RUDE. She started by getting my name wrong and didn't apologize when I corrected her. Then she asked me some questions about the situation. I didn't get but 2 sentences out when she started talking OVER me. The third time this happened I didn't stop talking myself but just continued on. Finally, her solution was ""we couldn't take a cat like that unless you gave us at least $1000 donation. I would never allow a cat like that in my house personally."" You just lost a potential $1000 donation.
