I found Ms. Joan/Browz by searching the internet. I have blonde brows and lashes & they must be tinted monthly. I am an Agnes Scott College freshman and there she was right in the neighborhood where I will be attending school! I made an appointment with Ms. Joan and she did more than I expected.
