Be ready for sticker shock. Technically competent staff with acceptable people skills. As a referral practice with specialty and surgical care, good to have in town. As an emergency clinic, they've watched too many ER episodes. My personal preference is palliative care for myself and my dogs. I may be a cruel insensitive brute, but my animals agree that I won't force them to live impaired and they won't force me. Not always subtle pressure for more services,
