I took my dog here for 3 years in a row to get her hair cut. The last appointment I made, I waited 3 weeks to get in, then when I took her there the two groomers looked at her and said they couldn't lift her onto the table to cut her hair because of back or arm trouble (I don't recall specifically as this was last year) and turned us away. When I made the appointment I had reminded them that she weighs 100 pounds and has a lot of hair and they said that was okay. No apologies, just said no way. Thank goodness for Petco! They are just awesome there, better priced, and so good to my dog!
