When I asked some very basic questions about the cleanliness of their shop, the man on the phone was not able to tell me how often they spore tested their autoclave. He kept stating that they had been in business for 13 years and that they had never had an incident....that's all well and good, but he should have known how often the autoclave was cleaned and should not have acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions.
