I am a prior patient of his when he was at BAMC. He gave me hope and made me feel better after having a not to good experience w/another specialist. At my appointments it was like being family member. I used to feel uneasy about going to my other Dr.'s appointments. Not w/Dr. Lawitz. He was kind, understanding, supportive. His staff was also very nice and made me feel at ease. I was able to open up to him w/any question. At the first appointmet already I felt like I was a member of the ""family"". I was sorry to see him leave BAMC. I think he is the best of the best.
