I haven't figured it out yet, wish there were other reviews.......It has taken so long to get work done, phones are always messed up, so you can't get hold of anyone. The lab is being blamed for the length of time, so I don't know. Lab fees are paid up front, like several hundred dollars, so when do I get the work put in? But, like I said, they are very nice people, I just hope I get my work done, after paying for it.
Pros: Nice accomendating staff of 2
Cons: takes too long to get work back from lab, phones are a mess.
