The staff at Eastern Sierra Medical is incompetent and disorganized. They will lose your file, test results, and anything else they might have access to. It is nearly impossible to get test results or feedback from the Doctor because the staff is incapable of relaying messages to her. It's pretty sad when the doctor has to help the staff take payments, coordinate schedules and search for files. These people are ridiculous. It is a waste of time to go here.
