If you receive a prenatal diagnosis indicating that your child has a condition with a very low survival rate, please save yourself a great deal of heartache and pain and do not go to this practice. While the nurses and sonographers were very kind and supportive, the doctors were very cold-hearted and uncaring. The message over and over again was that we should abort our baby girl. At 6 months gestation, they finally told us that they saw no point in us continuing to see them. Their knowledge of our daughter's condition - a trisomy, was far less than we'd found in our personal research.
