I have been going to Carrie at 3-13 salon off and on for about 7 years now. I have tried other salons throughout those years to try to find someone cheaper but just as good since Carrie is a little pricey (as are all the master stylists) but to no avail. Carrie is certainly worth the money. The staff is always friendly and I have never had to wait too long (no more than 15 minutes). Just make an appt. and show up on time. Even if you do have to wait they are always nice about it - chat with you, get you a drink etc.. So long story short, 3-13 is great (Carrie especially) even if you have to shell a bit more money than you would like.
Pros: friendly staff, the extras (paraffin, neck massage etc.)
Cons: little pricey (would prefer to spend $50 as opposed to $75 but the master stylists are worth it!)
