The management and staff here are so unprofessional. I made an appointment to get my car serviced (they said by making an appt they could get it done within a few hours) and my car was ready 3+ hours late. I could only pick up my car the next day (24hrs later) and the service manager was not apologetic at all. He said I should've rented a car in the meantime in anticipation of things going wrong. Also, they did work on my car and charged me for things without calling me first.
