A bit of a ""patient mill,"" in the manner many clinics nowadays are. If you call, you're placed on hold for an inordinately long time -- or hung up on several times in a row, as happened one day. The staff mistyped my name on my medical files, causing problems with my visit. And after waiting eons, the doctor (cold and seemingly uncaring) saw me for about 10 minutes. I felt rushed to explain my symptoms. When I called the ""office manager,"" the young woman was sarcastic and unhelpful. Worst medical experience so far this year.
