We waited 2 hours because they tried to book everybody the same eve and walk ins were coming ahead of us that had appts. The lobby is very dirty and the women at the reception desk are very rude and talk about other people in the waiting room. Very poor customer service and the vets there are so overbooked they don't take the time needed to really examine your pet.
