I normally never take the time to write reviews but after reading some of the negative reviews, and trying out the salon regardless I could not help myself. I am certain that the negative reviews written here are a mistake and have to be about a different establishment. With that being said, I had a very pleasant experience at Concord. The staff is very friendly, an professional. The salon is very clean and trendy and has an amazing variety of heir products to chose form. Most importantly i got exactly what I wanted GREAT HILIGHTS and CUT. The prices are very reasonable and for anyone who thinks they are high has obviously never gotten their hair done in the city. Over all I would recommend this salon to everyone an anyone. Some of my friends have gone since then and have ALL been very happy.
