I have visited several Sutherland's around the country (Western US) and have to say that the customer service in Amarillo Sutherland's is the worst (though not the best at any others visited as well). These guys seem to act arrogant, as if I am wasting their time asking a question. I have visited the Amarillo store several times, so it is not as though I have only visited once and made this assumption. Additionally, it was very hot inside during my last visit, June 14th. I don't believe they have any air conditioning inside the store, but only an evaporative fan in the main entrance doorway, and several upright fans throughout the main aisleway.
Pros: Some unique items that you may not find at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
Cons: Customer service, air conditioning absence
