I was looking to buy a Honda Accord today. I bought a Honda Pilot from Colonial before, and I was expecting the same level of service. But today's experience was nothing like the one I had before.\r

I walked in and saw a receptionist chatting away on her cell phone. No sales rep paid us any attention, so I took a look at the showroom models before I asked the receptionist for a sales rep. She made a call and said someone would be with me right away. I waited for about 15 minutes, but no one came. So I asked the receptionist again and she made another call. She said that the manager would bring a sales rep to me right away. I waited for another 15 minutes, and nobody ever bothered to help us. I got fed up and left for another Honda dealership.\r

It's too bad because I really liked the experience I had buying a car from there a few years ago. Now, I guess their customer service has gone down the hole. I had a pleasant experience at a different dealership and decided to buy t
