Buying a car today is so much easier than in my father's day thanks to the Internet. I was able to go on line to Honda, select my model and options and request a on-line quote. Before I selected a dealership I used the Internet to research consumer experiences with Honda dealerships in my immediate area. What I found was Mile One Heritage Honda in Westminster, MD had a very good reputation for both sales and service based upon more than a dozen customer experiences, so I selected them. I was contacted by Joe "Ski", the sales person who provided me with a bottom line quote. The price was right so I went in to see him in person. The experience could not have been better. He offered me a very fair price for my 2001 Odyssey and we closed the deal. I test drove the 2008 EX and loved it; however, I wanted a different color than what was in stock at Mile One. Joe found the color I wanted and told me I could pick it up on Satuday morning. It was ready on time as promised at the price promised.
