The food was good. The beef was tender. The dumpling skin tasted homemade, as did the filling. The egg rolls were unique. More attention to freshness in the cooking liquids and oils as well as higher quality dipping sauces (fresh made) would elevate the overall flavors well beyond a 3 star rating. I could see (based on service and attention to the customer experience) an easy 4 or 5 with those changes.
