Ordered Villeroy & Boch china replacements from this company TWICE, the wrong pattern was sent BOTH TIMES, their fault. Second shipment was poorly packed and arrived at my door smashed to bits, phoned ''Diana'', she was EXTREMELY RUDE and advised ''YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!''..........NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
