The vets are great and I apreciate their service but the front office staff leaves much to be desired. Since the front office staff is your first impression I hope the clinic doesn't lose business b/c of them. The staff ignores you when you come in, leaves you on hold forever, hangs up on you, and are just generally unhelpful and unfriendly. I think the main problem is the office manager, since she is the leader everybody follows her and she seems to always be in a bad mood. I have used this vet for years & the vets are great, the vet techs are helpful and polite, but the office mgr. is always having a bad day! \r
