We have eaten at Outback several times and have always ordered one of their steaks. We found the steaks to be of about average quality... HOWEVER, we recently gave their prime rib a try and were favorably impressed. We have tried various cuts and recommend the larger portion...it is absolutely fabulous, but come hungry or plan to share a serving between people. Service is unpredictable and sometimes downright slow and inattentive but that tasty prime rib makes up for it!
Pros: Great Prime Rib, opened early for dinner so you can beat the crowds
Cons: Get's pretty crowded, service can be a little slow
