The customer service and follow through of this company has to be the worst that I have ever experienced. The initial conversation with the installation expert was great. I was told that my time constraints would not be a problem and that a coordinator would get back to me within a day. I heard nothing for two days so I called back. The person who answered remembered who I was and said she was not sure why I hadn't gotten a call back but that she would forward my message on. This was the pattern for 3 weeks. I would call and she would say she didn't know why no one had called me back. Mind you that this is just to have someone come out to verify my equipment and what would need to be done to install speakers by the pool. Finally I went to their location to see if I could buy the equipment and install it my self. They don't sell retail and the person at the office knew who I was and said she didn't know why I hadn't been contacted. Still not even an apology. more
