I really wish I could give 0 stars because the experience with this company was so horrendous. My brother ordered an arrangment for our mother on Mother's Day (she was visiting me), and the delivery guy didn't bother leaving a note or calling when he came by, instead dropped it off at the apartment office w/o any identification of who it was for. We did not know they were there. My mother left town without getting flowers. When called to complain about the delivery man's lack of professionalism and the fact that she was unable to receive the flowers, they blamed it on the office and refused a refund. They said that since we tracked down the arrangment (18 hours after it was supposed to arrive), it's considered delivered and there's nothing we can do. Very unapologetic and completely irrational concerning client demands. Will never use them again. When I received a 1800 Flowers arrangment three days prior, they at least called to notify me they were coming before leaving them at the office. Should have used the other company. This place needs hire better drivers and take a course in hospitality. Cons: Too many to mention--mainly customer service more
