ronash, can you please explain to us what you wanted the security to do? there were 5000 people at a general admission, standing room show, all who wanted to be in the front. this is what happens at a rock concert, people push around. how, exactly, was security going to get everyone to back up? these adults that were pushing the kids were the PARENTS of the kids. concert security can't teach manners and simple human decency to the crowd. if you walk in stupid, you're going to act stupid, then leave stupid when it's over. what the staff did do, all night long, was pull out all the people who asked to get out of the crowd. people who voluntarily walked into a spot, then couldn't walk themselves out on their own and needed help - the staff was there to assist ALL of them and lift and carry them out. there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy the show, but nobody wanted to be in the back, so you all crammed in VOLUNTARILY like sardines. if you were not enjoying yourself, you were more than welcome to walk to the back or the side of the crowd, or go into the climate-controlled tent and watch on the big TV. everyone who was in an uncomfortable place chose to be there.
