I'm going on 3 years renting from Owen and have never had a problem with either him or his staff. I don't understand why there are bad comments being posted about him at all. I recall when I had a minor plumbing problem, and the same day they had someone come by and fix it for me. He has never come to my apartment unannounced. I would most certainly recommend him as a landlord.
Pros: represents great rentals. fair dealings with both him and his staff
