My husband bought me a spa day gift certificate for my birthday. I had to call a special number to book the reservation, and the girl on the phone told me what time to show up and said there would be one 20 minute delay beween services, no big deal right...? Well, I was there for 6 hours and only got four services! They booked an hour and a half to shower off between a massage and facial! I sat around the spa for most of the day...when I asked when my next appointment was they were rude and told me to just be patient. My facialist tried to sell me a bunch of antiaging product (I am only 26 with oily skin) and when I said I wasn't interested, she told me that I was going to look 40 without them and then implied that I must be poor!!! Not only did I waste all day for overpriced, sub-par services, I was also insulted!
