i recently brought a sulcata tortoise in for a ri infection i was given baytril shots for 7 days this did not cure the problem dr jones did not even want to do a recheck on my tort after 4 phone calls she never even bothered to return my calls or finish his treatment.i was charged 50.00 and left hanging with a sick tort .after 3 other vets that where clueless on how to treat my tort i had to give him up to somebody in california just so he could get proper care.i think it's sad that in east tn there is no vet that can take proper care of a tortoise yet they charge exotic prices.i will never take onother animal to this vet again.
