They didn't confirm the move as they said they would, I confirmed my own move, they dispatched the movers to the wrong address, they were late, they sent me a crew that had already done 3 moves that day and the guys were exhausted. The movers left the headlights on in their truck so i had to give them a jump. They didn't wrap furniture in blankets until it was in their truck and they unwrapped everything in their truck before they moved it in so they scuffed up my furniture and walls at both locations. They dragged heavy furniture across newly finished synthetic wood floors scuffing them. They parked in my new neighbors at my new apartment and also had an incident where one person whose car was blocked in ran into thier truck trying to get out damaging both vehicles. I called and complained the day of my move and did not recieve a return phone call. I emailed them a complaint and they didn't respond. I have broken glasses that were carefully wrapped in paper and packed in boxes they just tossed around. These people are lazy, incompetent, rude and careless. Stereotypical 'take your credit card before they touch anything, break your stuff moving, then charge you whether you like the service or not' movers.
