HEY YALL, YOU GOTTA GO TO BEAUDREAUX'S. YEP, I'm from South Louisiana, born and raised. I also cook and my friends in Franklin took me up there. It was awesome, one of the good things were the chance for me to tailgate again. Yep, we pulled up in the gravel parking lot looked at the cenderblock building and I was at home and just knew it was going to be good. Nothing like a mom and pop eatery. We put our names in with the waitress put the tail gate down and we had a great time meeting new folks from the surrounding areas having our wine that we brought. We had a very worth hour and fifteen minute wait and we were presented with the southern hospitality that I am used to down in Prairieville, LA. I went into the kitchen and met Papa and he was glad to meet me. He sent out a very large bowl of seafood gumbo for our table (complementary) and let me tell you sha, it was GOOOOOOD. Sasaabon-Sha' Ummmm. The atmosphere was great, music and others just smackin their lips and and praising the goodness. Never would I have thought that there would be such a great place to eat up there. Those folks sure are lucky to have that in their part of the woods. The bread pudin was so like moma's but not quite. But close, HA. I have told many people of my experience and they ask me to give them the address for when they are in the area. I was proud to relay my experience with them. PaPa Beaudreaux, keep up the good work padan and I will be back.\r \r Sammy P. Charlet Sr.\r Prairieville, Louisiana more
