I was very excited to have Mosaic cater my wedding after meeting them at a bridal show. After I got in touch with them, we had a consultation and we agreed that he would work up and menu and price, and that we would set up a tasting for later. After not hearing from them about menus and prices, I emailed them, but got no response back. Over a month later, after the time we had said we would do the tasting, I tried again, but still no response. I called the office, and was assured that someone would call me on Monday, and two weeks later, I'm still waiting. I'm moving on. Too bad- I had heard good things and they had good ideas, but I can't trust my wedding to a company that I can't count on.
