Horrific. I went in just for a trim (specifying that I'm going to be in a wedding next week and didn't want any changes) and she changes the style completely, and not for the better. I opened my eyes to find thick, blunt cut bangs where there used to be a sideswept short bob. When I complained, her work got increasingly slapdash, missing spots and cutting way to short in others. I couldn't wait to get out of the chair and get someone else to do damage control.
