8 of us arrived and were given a partial tour when the owner realized we were not part of a party of 18 that had made reservations he made the comment ""great I just wasted my time"" We then went to try some of the wines and he wouldn't acknowledge us standing there or help in making suggestions and obvious he wanted us to leave. We left without making any purchases and our goal was to leave with cases. We had been to 2 other wineries that day and what a difference in service. Owner had also made the comment about window shoppers. Did not understand why we were given the cold/rude service.
