The carpet was okay and the carpet installers were good. The tile however was not. The installers were terrible. They damaged walls, doors, cabinets and new tile and did not complete the work on time. The crew ran out of tile and took 3 weeks to return. They then ran out of tile again and had to come back in another 3 weeks. After all of this the store would not return our calls. We finally had to go back to the store, in person, to get someone to talk to us. They sent a supervisor out to take our complaint and to see the issues. We asked that they not send the same crew back and that these items be repaired. They sent the same crew and they still left the tile work looking bad. The best way to describe it is the question the carpet cleaner asked about the tile ""Did you do it yourselves?""
