The reviews on this site are too kind. I am in disbelief that the Korean woman (who seems certifiably crazy) could actually be the owner of this establishment. I ordered a drink that tasted awful and asked for assistance. She insulted me at least 4 times and I tried to be nice and she continued to insult me. Then I said I should ask for my money back. She then said ""what do you think this is a restaurant or something."" If she is actually the owner, it would shock me to see this place stay in business for any length of time. She is simply awful and has no interest in keeping customers or treating customers with respect. The fact that there are so many comments regarding this woman on the site is simply not surprising. This coffee shop is currently a monopoly in this location but I give it time before her poor attitude and horrible service comes back to hurt her where it counts--in the pocketbook. Considering how clueless this woman appears to be, she probably will still not realize that she is sending all her customers to spend their money elsewhere.
