My initial experience at this clinic was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and I felt like the vets were competent. After the first time there, though, things went downhill. My dog was given the wrong medication (thank God it wasn't fatal), I was overcharged for medication, I had to make 4 back and forth trips due to their mistakes, and I consistently got conflicting information from the vets & office staff. I thought, what happened to this great clinic? Also, it is expensive--NOT all clinics are that expensive in this area! They are the highest priced vet clinic in this whole region.\r
Because of all of my troubles, I will not be going back there, nor would I recommend them to anyone. \r
There are some great clinics in this area (as I have discovered) that are more competent, friendly, and don't charge as much.
