My wife and I took a chair cover to get dry cleaned at Bari-Lee Cleaners on Cedar, next to Whole Foods. After the cleaning the cover was dis-colored and returned to us in inferior condition . The owner, Mr. Anton, insisted that it was ""our fault"" and failed to reimburse the $300 replacement cost, instead he offered us a $100 dry cleaning credit. I understand accidents occur, however when an individual/company does not stand behind their service or product, it is imparative that one does not support this practice. We turned down the credit and will never return to Barri-Lee Ceaners. In life and business, you have the opportunity to ""do the right thing"" and when you DO NOT, you should NOT be in business...please support a local dry cleaner, just NOT Barri-Lee Cleaners!
